The breathable film unit integrates cast film production technology with MDO (Machine Direction Orientation) longitudinal drawing equipment, enabling the simultaneous manufacturing of both cast films and breathable films. By incorporating approximately 50% calcium carbonate (CaCO3), the resulting breathable film exhibits a distinctive microporous structure that forms and stretches through the MDO process. These densely packed micropores on the film's surface facilitate the passage of liquid or water vapor molecules while effectively preventing liquid leakage, thus earning it the designation of "breathable film."
