    Four core components of Tongjia TH series injection molding machine

    ◆ Clamping parts

    The mold clamping part adopts an advanced five-pivot force-increasing structure with inclined rows. The mold clamping part has good rigidity, high-speed mold closing stability, and low-pressure mold accuracy. It adopts an automatic quantitative lubrication system, and cooperates with an automatic oil shortage alarm device. The ejector stroke adopts Displacement sensor control, accurate and reliable stroke, there are a variety of ejection methods to choose from.

     

    ◆ Injection parts

    The injection molding part adopts a parallel-bar balanced injection system. The injection control adopts a displacement sensor to achieve precise injection weight control. The pre-molding adopts a five-star motor, which can realize stepless speed regulation.

     

    ◆ Drive Unit

    The servo drive system adopts well-known brand drives and optimized closed-loop control algorithms to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction.

     

    ◆ Control part Control Unit

    The electrical control system adopts the special control system of imported injection molding machine, and the main components adopt the accessories of well-known foreign companies, such as TE from France and Gefran from Italy.
